Fabrics that meet the brief
In commercial buildings, fabric choice is often about performance first: fire safety, hygiene, glare or blackout. We work with specialist contract suppliers so we can offer fabrics that meet those needs, while still looking smart.
For clinics and care settings
Blindtex makes fabrics for healthcare and commercial interiors, including roller and vertical blind fabrics with inherent antibacterial and anti-fungal properties, flame-retardant fabrics, cubicle and privacy curtains, and medical curtain track. The supplier's Classic collection is described as antibacterial and flame-retardant, with antiviral properties built into the fibre.
For offices, schools and hospitality
Decora's contract ranges include Uniview screen fabrics for glare control, and Unicolour, Unishade and Unilux plains, with blockout and flame-retardant options. Blindtex also offers commercial blockout and sheer curtains and Roman blinds.
Specifications and certificates
If you have a specification for fire rating, cleaning or infection control, send it to us before we quote. We'll confirm which fabrics meet it and provide supplier certificates where they're available.
