Nuvo Curtains, Roman Blinds & Blinds

Modern fabrics at a sensible price

Nuvo was created to bring current colours and textures to made-to-measure curtains and blinds without a premium price tag. Think soft greys, warm neutrals and on-trend shades, with textured weaves and jacquards that add depth even in a plain colour.

Curtains, Romans and voiles

The Roman Blinds & Curtains collection has around 50 plain and textured fabrics, and there are voiles for layering. A voile behind a heavier curtain gives you soft daytime light and privacy, with the curtain drawn for warmth at night.

Blinds to match

Nuvo also covers roller and vertical blinds, with plains, textures, prints and statement designs, plus cellular, rigid PVC and solar shading fabrics. It's a simple way to keep a home feeling joined up.

Choosing Nuvo fabrics for your home

Because Nuvo covers curtains, Roman blinds, voiles, roller and vertical blinds, it's a useful collection if you're doing more than one room at a time. You could, for example, choose a textured Roman blind for a kitchen window and a matching or toning roller blind in the bathroom, so the rooms feel connected without being identical.

For bedrooms, we'd usually look at blackout options, either a blackout roller fabric or a lined curtain or Roman blind. For living rooms, many people like a layered look, with a voile for daytime privacy and a heavier curtain for the evening. If you'd like a bit more choice of pattern, we can compare Nuvo with other collections in our fabrics and sample books.

Practical fabrics in the Nuvo range

The Nuvo blind fabrics include rigid PVC and solar shading options as well as softer textiles. A rigid PVC fabric is easier to wipe down, so it can suit kitchens and bathrooms, while solar shading fabrics help cut glare on bright windows without blocking the view completely. We'll explain where each one works best and point out anything that's less suited to damp rooms.

If you're thinking about a Roman blind, it's worth remembering that the folds show off a textured fabric well, while plains give a calmer, more tailored look. We'll hold the samples up at the window so you can see the difference.

Made to measure and fitted for you

Every Nuvo curtain and blind is made to measure. We measure and fit everything ourselves, so we'll take care of the sizing, check how curtains will hang from your track or pole, and make sure blinds clear handles and sills.
