Step 1: Tell us what you're looking for

Send us a quick request or give us a call, and we'll ring you back to arrange a convenient time. A few details help us prepare — which rooms, roughly how many windows, and anything you already know you'd like, such as blackout in a bedroom or shutters in a bay. If you're not sure yet, that's completely fine; working it out together is part of what we do.

Step 2: A home appointment or showroom visit

We come to you at a time that suits, bringing samples so you can see colours and fabrics in your own light, which often looks quite different from a shop. We measure every window and talk through the practical points — handles, recess depth (how deep the opening the window sits in is), tiles and radiators. If you'd rather browse first, you're welcome to visit our showroom in Stockton-on-Tees.

Step 3: Choose your products

You'll get a clear written quote for the options we've discussed. If you'd like to compare a couple of choices, we'll happily price both. There's no pressure to decide on the spot — take the time you need.

Step 4: Made to measure and fitted

Once you order, your products are made to the sizes we took. Our own fitters install everything and check it all runs smoothly. Before they leave, they'll explain any child safety devices and, if you've chosen motorised blinds, show you how to use the controls.

After fitting

If anything needs adjusting later on, just get in touch and we'll sort it out. Our repairs and spares page can help with older blinds too.

How long does a home appointment take?

It depends on how many windows we're looking at. A single room is usually quick. A whole house takes a little longer, because we measure each window and talk you through the options for each one.

Do I have to decide on the day?

Not at all. We'll leave you with a written quote, and you can take as long as you need to think it over.

How long does it take from order to fitting?

Lead times vary depending on the product, the fabric and the time of year. We'll give you an expected timescale when you order, and we'll keep you updated along the way.

Do you take away old blinds?

Just mention it at your appointment and we'll let you know what we can do for your particular job.
