Perfect Fit Blinds in Stockton & Teesside

If you have tilt-and-turn windows or would rather not drill, Perfect Fit® blinds are often the answer. They sit in a slim frame that clips into the beading of suitable uPVC windows and doors, with no loose cords, and the blind moves with the window when you open it. Our team measures and fits across Stockton, Middlesbrough and Teesside, from our Stockton-on-Tees showroom.

What are Perfect Fit® blinds?

A Perfect Fit® blind is held inside a slim aluminium frame that clips into the beading of your window, which is the strip that holds the glass in place. Because the blind is attached to the glazing rather than the wall, it moves with the window when you open it, and there's nothing to drill.

Why choose a no-drill blind?

  • Tilt-and-turn windows and doors: an ordinary blind would get in the way of the opening part of the window, whereas a Perfect Fit® blind moves with it.
  • Fewer light gaps: the frame sits close to the glass, which helps reduce light creeping in around the edges.
  • No loose cords: the blind is held within its frame, which is reassuring if you have young children.
  • A neat look: the blind sits flush within each pane, so it's a lovely fit for conservatories and bi-fold doors.

Limitations

Perfect Fit® blinds need uPVC windows or doors with suitable beading. Some aluminium and timber frames, very shallow beads and certain styles of glazing aren't compatible. The blind also covers only the glass area of each pane, rather than the whole window. You don't need to work any of this out yourself: we check suitability at a free home appointment before we recommend them.

Measuring and fitting

We measure every pane individually, and our own team fits each blind. Book a free home appointment and we'll take it from there.

Colours, fabrics & finishes

Materials and finishes

You can choose Perfect Fit® blinds with aluminium Venetian slats, pleated fabrics (including blackout and honeycomb), roller fabrics and more. Many of the pleated and roller fabrics have a reflective backing that helps reflect solar heat and glare, which is useful in conservatories and south-facing rooms. We'd usually suggest a frame colour that matches your window frame, so the blind blends in.

Questions & answers

Your questions about perfect fit® blinds

Will Perfect Fit® blinds fit my windows?

They're designed for uPVC windows and doors where the beading is a suitable depth and angle. Some aluminium and timber windows aren't suitable. You don't need to check this yourself; we'll look when we measure and let you know.

Do Perfect Fit® blinds need drilling?

No. The brackets push into the gap between the glass beading and the frame, so there are no screws in your window or wall.

Can I open my window with the blind fitted?

Yes. Because the blind is fixed to the opening part of the window, it simply moves with it, which is why we often suggest them for tilt-and-turn windows and doors.
